"I had a very negative experience with the man I believe is the manager of this building. He repeatedly comes across as rude and unprofessional toward customers of nearby businesses. As I was walking nearby the State Farm office, he snapped at me and told me I wasn’t allowed to be there in a very disrespectful tone. Overall, his attitude feels dismissive and condescending when dealing with people in the area. There seems to be a lack of basic respect in the way he speaks to others. I’m also not the only one who feels this way—many other people in the area have shared similar negative experiences with him. Based on that, it seems this is a pattern of behavior rather than a one-time incident. He really needs to reflect on how he treats others and work on being a more respectful and decent person. I would give zero stars if I could"

"This has nothing to do with running my insurance office. He is referring to wanting to park in my office parking lot which is located next to a gaming business. I originally allowed parking in my lot until I had to clean up the daily trash (fast food bags, cigarettes, alcohol bottles, dirty diapers and any other trash they didn't want in their vehicle. A year ago, I put in a brand-new parking lot costing nearly $30,000. A lot of the vehicles were not in good working condition and were leaking oil on my new lot. I spoke with the owner and asked him to not let his patrons park in my lot. He has been pretty respectful. Its people like Deigo that pull into my lot and take a customer's parking space without even asking. Then when I tell they cannot park here since it is private property, they get upset. I'm not going to apologize for taking pride in the appearance of my office and wanting to keep it that way. What really upsets me is that he's allowed to make disparaging remarks that appear on my business site that has nothing to do with the running of my insurance office. "

"My wife and I had a very good experience with recieving quotes on our home and auto. Jennifer Chenault is who helped us out during this process. I was very impressed with how quickly she got back to us and what she had quoted. It was so refreshing to speak with someone instead of trying to figure it out on a website. Personal experiences still do exist. 5 stars. Thank you for taking care of us!"

"Have an issue and you need to make a claim? Good luck, hope you have the free time to juggle dealing with people from State farm that aren't your agent. Thankfully I had a contractor who understood the hoops and helped me navigate the insurance process better than my agent did. Don't expect Egan's office to go to bat for you, or put work in on your behalf. Instead you can focus on him waddling next door and insulting customers of the adjacent business. I switched to Erin Curtis, her office seems to care. Hopefully Egan's attitude and aptitude to help his customers isn't representative of the culture across the company. I have enough stress and nonsense piled on my plate, and wishing that my agent aids me in navigating a ridiculous process shouldn't remotely be a concern of mine when I am trying to submit/resolve a homeowners claim."

"I locked my keys in my car. Called Mike's office a d they had me call porkys towing. I was back in my car ten minutes later at no cost to me."
